SAMPADA offers certificate program for students learning Indian Classical Music and Dance in the USA and Canada. SAMAPADA certification is done by SiliconAndhra in affiliation with Potti Sreeramulu Telugu University (PSTU), a NAAC accredited institution. PSTU (established in 1985) is a reputed and widely respected university headquartered in Hyderabad, Telangana state, south India.
Teachers/gurus or schools affiliated to SAMPADA can have their students pursue Junior and/or Senior Certificate Programs in Carnatic music (Vocal, Veena, Violin, Flute and Mridangam); Hindustani music (Vocal, Sitar, Violin, Tabla); Bharatnatyam, Andhranatyam and Kuchipudi.
Students can acquire a Junior Certificate which is of two-year duration (Level 1 and 2).
The Senior Certificate is of four-year duration (Level 1 + Level 2 + Level 3 + Level 4).
Students will receive 16 University Credits for each of the two levels.
